Compare your Instagram followers and following lists using the official data you download.
Need the JSON files?
- Tap the official Instagram Accounts Center button below.
- Select the right Instagram account, then choose Your information and permissions → Export your information → Export to device.
- Choose Some of your information and select Followers and following.
- Set date range to All time and format to JSON, then start the export. Instagram needs time to prepare it.
- When it is ready, download the ZIP and extract it.
- Open connections → followers_and_following. Select all followers_1.json, followers_2.json, etc. in Followers, and select following.json in Following.
This opens the official export page, not an instant JSON download. Instagram prepares the export after you request it. Never enter your Instagram password into Aman.
Your selected files are read in this browser. Aman does not upload them.
“Not following back” is not the same as “recently unfollowed.” Account changes, deactivations, and export limitations can affect results.

Make it public
Export a standalone HTML page, then upload that file to a static host (such as GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages) to get a public URL. Aman does not host separate public pages for each user yet.
This creates a real, portable page file. To get a shareable website link, you still need to publish the exported HTML file on a hosting service.

A few honest limits
This prototype compares Instagram JSON files only. TikTok and Threads need their own parsers. YouTube/Google Takeout does not reliably show exactly who unsubscribed. Aman does not ask for social-media passwords.
